Join us at Aikiodo of Berkeley Saturday, January 17.
Training from 2-4pm with social time after.
This will be a round robin training with no hierarchy.
Anyone may offer something to explore.

Kangeiko is a tradition in Japanese martial arts at the coldest time in the winter.
We practice as often as we can for one week.
There will be a 6:30 AM class each week day morning and a noon class every day.
Kids, teens , and adults are welcome to participate.
We will do intention setting on January 26th at both 6:30 AM class and 6:30 PM on our first day of our Kangeiko
