Aikido of Berkeley is just minutes away from downtown Berkeley. Though our address is now in Richmond, the traffic is quite light past Gilman. Drive through town to avoid the press and you will be here much faster than you thought. Try it and see!!!

Directions from Berkeley

• Take I-80 E toward Sacramento.
• Take I-580 West toward San Rafael (right lanes off I-80).
• Exit on Bayview. At the light (top of the ramp), turn left onto Bayview and drive over the freeway.
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Seaport (poorly marked). Go 2 blocks on Seaport.
• Turn right on S. 49th Street. The dojo is on the right side of the street.

Rush Hour Directions

• Get on Sacramento going North
• Turn left when Sacramento ends at Hopkins
• Bear Right onto Gilman (about 1 block)
• Enter East I80 at Gilman Street
• Merge onto West I580 (right lanes)
• Exit on Bayview.
• At the light (top of the ramp), turn left onto Bayview and drive over the freeway.
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Seaport (poorly marked).
• Go 2 blocks on Seaport.
• Turn right on S. 49th Street.

Directions from Sacramento

• Take I-80 West toward San Francisco/Oakland
• Exit on Carlson Blvd. Turn right onto Carlson Blvd
• Turn left onto Bayview. Follow Bayview over freeway I-580.
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Seaport (poorly marked). Go 2 blocks on Seaport.

From San Rafael

• Take I-580 East toward Richmond Br/Oakland.
• Exit on Bayview.
• At the stop sign, go straight onto Seaport (poorly marked). Go 2 blocks on Seaport.
• Turn right on S 49th Street. The dojo is on the right side of the street.
